Intersnack is rolling out a group-wide AI Programme that will change how our colleagues work, learn, and make decisions across more than 30 countries. The success of a programme at this scale depends as much on clear communication as on technology, and that is where you come in. As our Working Student for AI Programme Communications, you will help tell that story in a way that is clear, consistent, and useful for our people. You will sit within Intersnack Work System (IWS), the team that looks after the AI Programme Management Office. Day-to-day, you will work under the operational guidance of a senior colleague in the team, with Corporate Communications, Training and Enablement, and Information Management as your key stakeholders.
This role sits at the meeting point of three topics: communications, project management, and AI. You do not need to bring experience in all three. A first interest in one, paired with openness to the others, is a great place to start, and we will support you as you grow into the rest. You will take ownership of the SharePoint pages, editorial calendar, and marketing materials that shape how AI is understood across our business. You will have direct access to the programme leaders whose work you support, and you will gain practical insight into how a large international business plans, sequences, and lands change. Your portfolio of work will stand on its own merits long after your studies. Düsseldorf serves as your home base, with flexibility for remote working.
You will spend most of your time planning, creating, and delivering the internal communications that keep our colleagues informed about and engaged with the AI Programme. You will build and care for the SharePoint pages that house the programme's content, and you will support the wider team with the programme management activities they look after.
What You Will Do
Shape and run the AI Programme communications plan, translating programme milestones and rollouts into clear messages for our programme stakeholders and the wider international audience
Maintain a structured editorial calendar so the right messages reach the right people at the right time
Partner with Corporate Communications to stay aligned on current and upcoming group-wide messaging, keeping the programme's voice consistent with Intersnack's wider narrative
Coordinate with Training and Enablement to connect end-user communications with learning journeys and adoption activities
Build and maintain the AI Programme SharePoint pages, keeping content current, accessible, and visually consistent
Create and refresh marketing and engagement materials, including presentations, programme news and updates, announcements, and campaign assets
Support the programme management activities of the AI Programme as your primary focus, with occasional support for other programmes the team looks after, including documentation, meeting preparation, minutes, and follow-up tracking

Essential Skills & Experience
Currently enrolled as a full-time student (Bachelor's or Master's) at a recognised university, with a study focus in at least one of our three topics: Communications, Marketing, or Media; Business Administration, Project Management, or Business Informatics; or a related field with a clear interest in AI and digital transformation
Good writing and editorial instincts, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content for non-specialist audiences
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with confidence in setting up and maintaining SharePoint pages
Genuine interest in how AI is applied in a large business, and in how change is delivered through programmes and portfolios
Well organised and reliable, comfortable managing several deliverables against editorial and project deadlines
Collaborative and approachable, with a service mindset and the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
A strong command of spoken and written English is required; knowledge of German is considered an advantage
Valuable Experience
First hands-on experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or content creation through prior working student roles, internships, or student projects
Exposure to project or programme management activities, for example through student initiatives, internships, or university project work
Basic visual design capability using tools such as Visio, Adobe Express, or advanced PowerPoint templating
Awareness of AI concepts, generative AI, or digital transformation trends, enough to write about them with confidence and accuracy

As our next IAM Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our identity and access landscape. You will coordinate and administer user access to systems, applications, and data, ensure compliance with internal policies, and act as a key contact for IAM- and PAM-related questions and incidents.
Coordinate user account provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifications to roles and access rights across multiple systems and applications, following IAM lifecycle processes such as Joiner, Leaver, Mover, and Changer.
Conduct regular access reviews and enforce the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP).
Support and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes and documentation.
Create and maintain documentation such as operating procedures and training materials.
Support the development of IAM standards and procedures in line with company policies.
Provide guidance to users and support internal and external audit activities.
Investigate and triage identity-related incidents, escalating where needed.
Offer technical support to end users for access-related issues.
Deliver user training on identity and access processes and tools.
