We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Application Specialist focused on Infor M3 Finance. You will be part of the Finance and Controlling applications team and report to the Group Solution Owner (GSO) Finance and Controlling. Together, you will implement, optimise and support our cloud-based finance solutions across Infor CloudSuite™ Food & Beverage. Your work will turn business needs into secure, reliable and scalable processes.

How you will spend your time as our next Business Application Specialist
 

You will help deliver and support finance solutions based on Infor M3 across R2R, S2P and O2C. Working closely with the GSO Finance and Controlling, you will translate requirements into designs and configurations, manage monthly cloud code drops, coordinate testing and provide daily support that keeps our processes stable, compliant and user friendly. 

  • Support design, configuration and roll out of Infor M3 Finance (FIM/FIC) across plants and business units. 

  • Translate business requirements into solution designs, configuration and clear documentation. 

  • Analyse monthly cloud code drops and plan upgrade and regression activities. 

  • Plan and support SIT and UAT with defined quality gates and acceptance criteria. 

  • Provide day to day support, troubleshoot incidents and coordinate actions with support partners to agreed SLAs. 

  • Coordinate with external support partners to maintain system performance and ensure service quality. 

  • Maintain documentation to Intersnack IT standards and contribute to knowledge transfer and training. 

  • Drive continuous improvement, create roadmaps and help standardise end to end processes. 

  • Support integrations for banking, tax, intercompany, invoice scanning and localisations via LSP. 

Job requirements

What we expect of you 

  • Proven track record implementing and supporting Infor M3 Finance (FIM/FIC) in cloud environments, including configuration, testing, support and upgrades across GLR (General Ledger), APL (Accounts Payable), ARL (Accounts Receivable), FAS (Fixed Assets), ABS (Banking), TAX (Tax Management) and stock valuation. 

  • Strong process expertise across R2R, S2P and O2C, translating business requirements into clear M3 designs and documentation. 

  • Integration experience for Finance, including banking and treasury, tax engines, intercompany and localisations via LSP, with robust error handling. 

  • Familiarity with Infor d/EPM, Expense Management (XM) and Ephesoft (invoice scanning/OCR) is a plus. 

  • Release and upgrade management, including analysis of monthly code drops, regression planning and cutover. 

  • Delivery skills in requirements engineering, solution design, SIT/UAT coordination and knowledge transfer. 

  • Vendor and service management, steering outsourced support to agreed SLAs. 

  • Experience in global manufacturing; multi-phase global roll-outs are an advantage. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi cultural and geographically diverse environment 

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations 

  • A strong command of spoken and written English is a must, and knowledge of German is a plus
