We are expanding our Release Control team and looking for a Configuration Manager to join us. In this role, you will ensure that Infor ERP configurations are completed accurately and on time across all environments. You will collaborate closely with deployment teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to maintain consistency, efficiency, and a seamless system rollout.

How you will spend your time as our next Configuration Manager
Ensure timely and accurate execution of Infor ERP configurations, coordinating across environments and deployment teams.
Conduct 4-eye principle validation to verify proper implementation and compliance with configuration standards.
Act as a key liaison in configuration management, collaborating with the Deployment Manager, project teams, and technical stakeholders.
Serve as the primary contact for configuration tasks, ensuring clear communication between functional consultants, developers, and business teams.
Maintain configuration documentation and version control to ensure consistency and traceability. Contribute to future deployment execution tasks.
Identify and mitigate risks related to configuration discrepancies, working with testing teams to validate and troubleshoot changes.
Job requirements
What we expect of you
Over 5 years of experience working with Infor ERP in roles such as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Configuration Specialist.
Expertise in at least one Infor ERP domain, such as Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management, with the ability to navigate and learn others.
Experience managing configuration execution across teams, ensuring timely completion and adherence to best practices.
Knowledge of version control and change management in enterprise environments, familiarity with Infor tools (ION, Mingle, M3 MEC Mapping) and JIRA (a plus).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail in verifying configurations, plus excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and business teams.
Relevant certifications (Infor ERP, ITIL, Agile) are an advantage.
Fluent in spoken and written English; German language skills are advantageous.
