We provide overall solution guidance based on a broad understanding of the business needs, current solutions, technology strategies, IT standards, and security requirements. How you will spend your time as our next Business Application Specialist – Infor M3 Procurement:

As a Procurement Specialist, you work closely with your "Group Solution Owner - Source to Pay, to implement end-to-end processes in a complex solution environment. You will be responsible for deriving and implementing defined requirements and maintaining multiple scenarios to meet user expectations for functionality and accuracy. In addition, you will take ownership of deployment, design enhancements and system configurations to improve our end users' use of procurement applications and support in day-to-day operations, e.g., incident management activities.


What you will do:

  • As a Source to Pay Expert, you will be accountable for ensuring that applications, such as those for direct and indirect procurement, satisfy business needs, objectives and end-user requirements and for identifying and resolving issues with system applications.
  • Translate business requirements into working solutions and create technical designs and configuration documents. Furthermore, review Rollout Templates to find improvements.
  • Ensure that any new software integration into company systems, especially source-to-pay, meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications. This will also require running impact analyses for monthly code drop release notes.
  • Assist business teams with SIT and UAT requirements for existing and new Infor M3 systems and modules.

Job requirements

What we expect of you:

  • Procure to pay (P2P) process experience required; with M3 functional application support experience is a plus
  • Experience with ERP implementations, e.g., M3 Procurement, Infor iProcure
  • Solid business understanding and ability to build relationships between business and IT
  • Knowledge of business process management, requirements definition, solution design and testing
  • Experience working on multi-phase global implementations is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
