We are expanding our dynamic IT team and looking for an ERP Test Manager to join us. In this role, you will manage the testing process for INFOR CloudSuite™ and INFOR M3 rollouts, ensuring efficient coordination between central teams, local implementation leads, and other stakeholders. How you will spend your time as our next ERP Test Manager (Infor M3 CloudSuite):

As our ERP Test Manager (internally titled Test Execution Specialist), you will be responsible for managing testing activities for ERP implementations. This role is part of our Infor Solution Competence Centre and reports to our Team Lead Release Control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ERP implementation testing activities, ensuring thorough and efficient testing processes.
  • Plan and prioritize testing activities with business stakeholders for alignment and transparency.
  • Communicate roles and responsibilities to all testing participants.
  • Ensure adherence to ISTQB test management principles and maintain testing quality.
  • Prepare and manage test plans using MS Project, aligning schedules with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular standup meetings to update on testing stages (SIT, UAT) and communicate progress, issues, and risks.
  • Provide daily status updates on testing progress to stakeholders.
  • Proactively follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Organize and lead meetings to discuss testing progress and address any concerns or obstacles.
  • Apply knowledge of core processes in the food and beverage industry.

Job requirements

What we expect of you:

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in managing testing activities for multiple ERP implementations, including EDI, preferably with INFOR CloudSuite™ and INFOR M3. You should have experience with various test types and phases, such as Smoke, Regression, Unit Test, SIT, and UAT.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Project for test planning and timeline management.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, charts, formulas, functions, Macros, and dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Zephyr or similar testing tools.
  • Familiarity with ISTQB test management principles and methods is expected. ISTQB Foundation Level or ISTQB Certified Test Manager certification is desirable.

Industry Knowledge and Problem-Solving:

  • Solid understanding of core processes in the food and beverage business.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations.

Communication and Language:

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with large groups.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; German language skills are advantageous.
