Join our dynamic IT team as a Group Solution Owner – HRIT (Infor Global HR) and lead the transformation of our HR systems using advanced cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with our Process Network – HR to implement end-to-end processes in a complex solution environment. Collaborate with international teams on projects involving Infor Global HR, Learning Management (LMS), Workforce Management (WFM), and Expense Management (XM), while interfacing with local HR Payroll Solutions. How you will spend your time as our next GSO - HRIT:
In this role (internally titled Group Solution Owner – Human Resources Systems), you will oversee HR processes, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business needs. Manage technical implementations and stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful execution of HR strategies, all within the Infor Global HR framework.
What you will do:
- Lead the implementation and support of HR solutions, focusing on systems like HR, LMS, WFM, and Payroll integration.
- Ensure HR systems align with business objectives, facilitating smooth end-user experiences.
- Oversee solution delivery, including Business Development, Life Cycle Management, and Operations (run).
- Translate business requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring seamless system performance.
- Develop training programs for system proficiency, enhancing HR technology adoption.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, superusers, and suppliers to drive effective governance.
- Manage third-party support services, ensuring adherence to service level targets.
- Align HR solutions with strategic business goals, supporting digital transformation.
- Work closely with service partners, managing 3rd line support for HR systems.
Job requirements
What we expect of you:
- Proven experience in ERP implementations in HR, preferably with systems like Infor Global HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP, or Ceridian Dayforce.
- At least 7+ years of experience in IT-related HR activities, including cloud solutions, data management, and multi-phase global implementations in complex environments.
- Proven ability to support 3rd-line HR applications, manage outsourced IT services, and build effective relationships with service partners.
- Advanced problem-solving skills to optimize system performance and ensure operational continuity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset to leverage technology for operational efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural, and matrix environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is a plus.
Valuable experience:
- Strong background as an IT analyst or in a similar role with a focus on HRIS solutions.
- Experience with Infor Global HR, Infor CloudSuite HCM, and Talent Management. Proficiency with Infor tools like Infor Spreadsheet Designer, Infor Process Automation, and system customization.
- Infor Certifications such as "Infor Certified HCM Global HR Consultant" or "Infor Certified Process Automation."
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and technical modifications using Infor Landmark Technology.
- Previous experience in a global manufacturing company, ideally in the food industry.
