We are expanding our existing team and looking for an additional team member to support us in our daily work and challenges with our Infor M3 Business Solutions. We provide overall solution guidance based on a broad understanding of the business needs, current solutions, technology strategies, IT standards, and security requirements. Furthermore, we contribute to helping identify the strategic direction, determine business needs, and design & deliver technical solutions.

How you will spend your time as our IDM and Infor OS Application Expert:
You play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing 3rd Party integrations and the usage of the IDM Solution, covering the Archive and the Output Part of it. Furthermore, you are supporting and analyzing key process improvements and working with the lead integration architect and partners in respective business units to identify and roll out such improvements within the scope of the ERP (Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage) system in a multi-tenant world.

What you will do:

  • Spearhead the optimization of IDM and IDM-Output functionalities.
  • Develop and comprehensively document functional aspects around the IDM solution.
  • Translate intricate business requirements into well-defined technical solutions.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from design to implementation and further optimization of existing configuration.
  • Create conceptual and logical models for Documents to guide archiving efforts.
  • Implement technical concepts provided by Lead architects.
  • Join the Integration Team.
  • Ensure smooth integration of third-party systems not specific to Infor.

Job requirements

What we expect of you:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in one or more areas: Infor M3, IDM, and/or Infor OS.
  • Proven track record in developing, implementing, and monitoring interfaces between applications or proven track record on IDM Archiving concepts and Output Configs.
  • Strong background in Enterprise Application Integration and back-end data connectivity applications.
  • Proficient in configuring/maintaining relevant Infor M3 Parts and extensive knowledge of Infor OS, ION Desk, IDM, and Scripting.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex integration technologies and scenarios to derive effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; German language skills are advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
