We are expanding our team and looking for a Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer (SharePoint & Power Platform) to join our dynamic IT department. In this role, you will support the development of tailored IT solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies. Your expertise will contribute to our digital transformation while ensuring functionality, efficiency, and user-friendliness.

How you will spend your time as our next Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer:

You’ll be responsible for developing custom solutions across the Microsoft 365 platform. Working closely with stakeholders, you will turn business needs into scalable applications, automated workflows, and smart integrations.

• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Develop and customise SharePoint Online applications, including SPFx web parts and site enhancements.

• Integrate cloud-based services using Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

• Contribute to project planning, solution development, testing, and documentation.

• Gather and clarify requirements with stakeholders, and communicate progress effectively.

• Apply UI/UX principles to ensure user-friendly and accessible application design.

• Incorporate AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support automation and innovation.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and user guides.

• Stay current with Microsoft 365 platform updates and best practices.

What we expect of you:

• Experience creating applications with Power Apps and automating tasks using Power Automate.

• Familiarity with SPFx and SharePoint Online development.

• Exposure to Azure Functions and Logic Apps for solution integration.

• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.

• Interest in using AI to enhance business processes.

• Certifications like Microsoft 365 Developer Associate or Power Platform App Maker are a plus.

• Foundational knowledge of Azure services is an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environment.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations.

• A strong command of spoken and written English is a must, and knowledge of German is a plus.
